I want to add the gray roof rails and a black locking fuel door to match the black mirrors and black door handles. Where is the best place to buy these items. Do I need to buy GM parts or am I ok buying off brand? I found the gray H3 roof rails on e-bay for like $158 shipped. When I search the online accessory stores the rails are around $399. So what gives? Just a huge mark up or an inferior product? Also, down the road I'd like to add a front black brush guard. What name brands do I look for and which ones do I stay away from. I'd prefer quality over cost but I see a huge spread in prices. Thanks in advance.

 

I've bought many items for my H2 off eBay. Haven't been dissappointed yet. If they are a reputable seller, you should be ok. You're doing the right thing, compare. I've found most items on eBay are available in accessory stores. It's just a big mark up! Look for items that have a "make offer" option. You can get an even better deal.

 

I've also have bought a lot of stuff of ebay for both my H3 & H3T and haven't had a complaint with any of it. I bought the polished roof rails for my H3T and they fit really good....... no complaints!!
