i think an ez step one for anyone who plans to do any/all work on his car is to buy a service manual. there are downloads for about 5 bucks.
i can tell you to search?? but i read most all posts here , havnt seen much on changing anti ballistic system parts!! prob not hard to do with the book.i could send pix from books but its a violation of copyright laws,so says the book!

Nobody needs to spend any money on the "service manual". All the information is available online for FREE, Courtesy of General Motors Corp.! That makes it available to everyone, no violation.

Unfortunately, without a code, I do not know which sensor is throwing the code, and I can't see if the wiring is the problem? I think you know, check the wiring first, repair instead of replacement.

Default 10xzzz

HUmmerz its the front right sensor according to my Inova 3100 with abs reader, cant remember the code data but will read it again tomorrow and post it. i bought 2 sensors just in case.

almost a year now driving with out ABS and decided to get rid Xmas lights (abs, stab, and parking light) on the dashboard.

also to add,to those with acting Stability trac control problem can pull fuse stability trac#2 it works for me, and to avoid the rig braking by itself so driver behind me can stop swearing WTF

Repair the c0040 first then drive.. If abs light stays on, there is a tsb for the c0201 (poor ground to ebcm):
