Default 9005 in driving lights?

I had read on here that it was possible to put #9005 headlights in the driving/fog lights on the 06 H3. Has anyone tried this and will the wire harness stand up to the extra heat from the higher powered bulbs?

i have 9005 fog light bulbs. when i got my h3 i checked what bulbs where in and think they where GE bulbs and i wanted Piaa so i took the bulb in and asked for it in a piaa and the guy at my local custome shop called car boutique gave me 9005 piaa bulbs and he said it would not burn my wires.i have had them in about a year now and no problems. my headlights i have H13 piaa.

this is off the package:
fog light bulb 9005 by Piaa xtreme white plus bulb 12v 60w= 120w , 4000 kelvin
headlight bulb H13 by Piaa xtreme white plus bulb 12v 65/55w=85/75w , 4000 kelvin

AND SO U NO THE H13 JUST RELEASED A MONTH AGO,FINALLY BEEN WAITING SINCE I HAD MY HUMMER ON 2007

so i run all piaa light's cause i am a piaa guy. i have 8 now. 2 fog, 2 head light, 4 lightbar. i had 10 but i never used my piaa yellow fofs on my guard so i gave to my wife. good luk ig u go with the 9005 hope u have no trouble like me

i paid $75 for 9005 piaa fog light's and i saw a huge diffrence from what was allready in there which i think was Ge bulbs. i had no regrets and thought they where worth every penny and where i bought them they back them for 1 year so if they stoped working or break or crack they replace them on hand which was cool especially when u spend alot of cash.

Thanks Lucky. I'm gonna pick them up tmrw. Just wanted to make sure I wouldn't burn the harness, but it sounds like it should be okay. Nice ride by the way, love the roofrack lights.
