After a lot of thinking and reading, I purchased 5 Hankook Dynapro MT RT03 from Pep Boys. They currently have a sale and they give you a free tire as a mail-in rebate. Of course, you end up getting a VISA credit card for the cost of the tire. I paid $1207 after the mail-in rebate of $227.99. That includes installation taxes etc. I will use my rebate to buy some other stuff.
The cost came up $1-3 less than buying them from DiscountTire.com and it was easier because I won't have to worry about taking the tires to Pep Boys.
Now, I have to figure out how to level the front. I have no clue how to do that

Glad you got some new shoes! Leveling the truck is fairly easy. I'm going to REALLY oversimplify this just because I'm too tired to search for some threads, but you'll find a 27mm bolt at the frame end of the torsion bar. Crank it CW to raise and CCW to lower. Make sure you always end on a CW rotation. That's it. You're shooting for no more than 24" from center of hub to bottom fender lip. `
