2wd conversion
I have been trying to figure out if there is a way I can run my H2 in 2 wheel drive by either modifying the transfer case or the front drive shaft. Have considered removing the drive shaft and running the truck in 4 Lock but don't really like the idea of having to bolt the drive shaft back on to have 4 wheel drive.
Anyone heard of any conversion kits or methods for accomplishing this? And if there is a way, would it actually improve fuel mileage?
Thanks
Ross

subscribed! A custom front shaft that has a locker style differential setup in it would be sweet.
warn makes a setup for the honda foremans and such that are just a smaller package.

that, the part with the wire connected doesnt move, the axle spins on both ends and when needed the actuator locks them together.
might have a fun project to engineer next summer after i get done with school.
