2006 H3 Strange power door lock issues
2007 H3 is having an odd power door lock issue.
First I should say ALL power windows are working fine.
Power lock door switches lock/unlock and keyless lock/unlock work when the key is turned on (either accessory or running position).
Power door locks continue to work when the key key is removed UNTIL a door is opened. Once the door is opened, the power lock door switches and keyless lock/unlock do nothing. No clicking, nothing. When the keyless remote is used, the lights still flash, security system still arms, but doors do not lock.
Troubleshooting History:
Verified fuse #8 was not blown
I have already replaced the drivers door master switch
Also replaced the drivers side door jamb switch (which was bad)
Removed negative battery lead for 10 minutes
Any suggestions?

the bcm monitors door switches and does the bells and whistles thing.
it sends signals to the door module that does the lock/unlock with relays in the dr. door module itself.
bcm?, connections?,reset,you did?
take a look at the module wiring as it has separate lines for drivr and pass doors.
ill look more later.
when you changed the sw did it include the module board and relays?

I only replaced the master switch assembly "H3 H3T Front Master Power Window Switch Assembly". I have obtained the schematics for the power window/power lock assembly and gave them a thorough examination.
The C1 connector pin1 is battery positive voltage, pin 6 is accessory voltage. My theory is that I don't have power on the Battery positive voltage and it is using the accessory voltage to actuate the locks. This would explain why I can't use the power locks after a door is open and the accessory voltage is terminated.
I'll take the multimeter to it after work and update with my findings.
