13th trip to dealer!

Step #9 is wrong. Yes that is what the 07 manual says, but it is wrong.
It is supposed to say that after you hear the last tire chirp, check to see if the TPMS low tire warning light and the DIC LOW TIRE messages have turned off. If yes (they are OFF), the TPMS sensors have been relearned. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK/OFF.
If you are looking for the TPMS to still be flashing you will be doing this over and over and over....... Been there.
This was corrected in the 08 Manual.

I think by now all of my sensors have been replaced. I have an 06 that I put 33" BFGs on last summer. The service TPM has been on since. Even before then my service TMP message was always on. Every time I'm in for an oil change I have them look at them and they try to reset them and usually replace one. Last weekend they replaced another and its been off since then... maybe that's the end of it.
Stupid government regulation as a result of that Firestone deal... if people would just pay attention to their cars we wouldn't have needless regulation, frustration and added costs.
