08 Alpha Final Numbers with Supercharger
I have the final numbers after the tune on the chassis dyno.
304hp at the wheels (approx. 5250rpm) (Stock was 186hp)
336ft/lbs max torque (approx. 3800rpm)
Note: 290ft/lbs torque at about 1350rpm. The torque line goes straight up from idle to 290+ at about 1350rpm then gradually increases until max at about 3800rpm.
I'm bringing the Hummer home tomorrow so I'll be posting new pics real soon.
Happy T'giving to all!!!

Using a proportional equation, your 300hp. stock engine is now producing 490hp.!

The 304hp is with 35" Nitto tires mounted on 18x9 Cepek wheels. The guys are saying with the stock tires/wheels we would even see a higher hp number because they are much lighter.
As far as the 490hp at the flywheel goes it's probably more like 420-425hp or so. Mounting the supercharger increased the hp, but would not proportionately increase the hp lost through the drivetrain.
So, at 300-305hp from the factory, the 186hp at the wheels means we lost about 114-119hp through the drivetrain. Add 114-119hp to 304hp and you get about 418-423hp.
Still pretty cool.

If anyone else is thinking about doing this to their Alpha I would suggest contacting Magnuson ASAP. When I talked to them in August they said they had plenty of the MP112 superchargers, but had very few kits for the H3 5.3L application. In fact, when they were putting my kit together they discovered one part was missing. They had to have that part made made by their vendor.
The MP112 stands for Magnuson Products 112 cu.in. (approx. 1.84L).
