Drivers window and locks are inop. It did it to my girlfriend last year when I was deployed in Afghanistan. May be due to cold (I'm in Alaska), but then it worked fine when it warmed up. All other windows are functional except for drivers. I hit the lock button and nothing but the "chime" sound, but no locking. any clues?

An computer logic module IN the driver door controls all the locks/windows. The driver door is separate from the others.
The module needs reset, written here somewhere. ?short batt terminals,? unplug module?
Search and you MAY find!
Also a blurb abut the door speakers that also shows how to easily pull the switch assm,unplug it,replug it might work.

 

Common problem especially on the 2006s. Remove battery cables, clean the terminals, touch the positive and negative together for about a minute and then reinstall.
