I was taking my daughter to school today in my 03' Hummer H2. when it just died on me. When I tried to start it nothing. It seemed like it wanted to start but just would not turn over. The tow truck driver took a look at it and said that it was not getting any fire. If there is anyone out there that has any knowledge of what it could be please let me know

 

I would start with the free checks - fuses, loose wires, trying the spare key, etc...

 

if your windows won't roll up or down as a test it is the alternator
