What is the right fuse or best fuse for 06H2 , I bought 2 40amp fuses and none of work , you sent me pic of the fuse box awhile ago, 1 fuse was too short and the other didn’t work

That could be very true and an important observation - thank you!

i think it's safe to assume that some of the people that are experiencing cooling issues with airflow and the like really have a nasty evaporator core....that could also give you false readings on high and low side pressure readings from ac gauges due to lack of flow

Great video and indeed it's a job that should be done, needs to be done but few ever do.

No cabin filter is a def weakness, there was some thread on this which I quickly pulled out:-

hello....i know we have been going back and forth on the obd2 post and the tech2 losing communication....still need to do a few things on the splice pack to run down the aftermarket radio to see if thats the issue....moving on to another issue ...my evaporator core is completely nasty looking.....i ran across this video ....give me your opinion on this....
    ......considering doing this

There a a couple of ways. Easiest would be to use a Tech2 diagnostic tool which I know works for a H3, the other is to hack the radio

Hello, I read your response to someone else on the forum about parking break fix I am hoping you can help me. I kicked my break down to hard on the 03 H2 and something snapped the ringer wont stop I'm guessing its the fist belt that connects to the 2 rear belts but I am having trouble finding that replacement part do you know what that part is actually called? I can see under the front wheel arch quite deep in on the drivers side a thin broken belt I am guessing that is it? Hope you can help me thanks!

Thank you very much. Thanks to your scheme, I was able to figure it out.

My problem was in wrong pinout of power socket on DDM. The places of two wires: 3-Blue and 4-Black from 4 pin socket were mixed up. So, I had the short circuit during "Window UP" function.

And once again, Thank you very much. I had to search the scheme like this, very long time

See this thread for a revised schematic https://www.hummerforums.com/forum/h...e2/#post372021

A spent ages replying but it failed to post.
DWGS note available, it's one I created so not freely available.

    Check 2 things:-

    Cable/Motor Short
Unplug the motor connector and check if Brown Pin1 wire (Down) or Blue Pin3 wire(UP) is shorted to the door panel or it within the motor. Has the Dark Blue worn through?

    DDM Fault
Similarly, check Pin 1 or 3 is shorted to either Pin 2 (12V) or Pin 4 (GND) is so its a fault in the DDM. Open it up and locate a white relay NEC EP2-B3G1 (DP C/O) Its unlikley to be the relay even if a contact welded, more likely to be corrosion on the PCB around the relay, less likley a faulty capacitor (see the diagram)

Good luck and please keep my posted!
