Default Wifes H3

My wife has an 2008 H3 Alpha and I would like to put a cold air intake on her (the H3 not my old lady) and a good exhaust. Have a flow master on now and it doesn't really sound as we expected it to. Since she just bought me an 07 H2 SUT we are on a budget so not necessary to do all at once on her H3. Struck out so far with the web and finding a company that actually has the CAI for the 5.3 despite many claiming they do. Would appreciate any help.

I have an '08 Alpha. I have the Air Doc cold air intake and a Magnaflow Catback Dual Exhaust. I recommend both.

I have a K&N. Some people prefer to just keep the paper filters. I'm happy with my K&N.

08 H3 Alpha (3 of them so far) and they have all had an AirDoc on them.

Filter: I have tried the K&N and paper element filter (WIX). For the lease vehicles I chose a K&N (didn't care about filtering small particles and wanted max air flow). For the HUMMERs we own and want to keep We have the paper element filters (WIX). I have not noticed ANY difference in power or MPG with the paper filters (WIX) and it filters well from day 1 unlike an oiled filter (K&N and others) that needs to get dirty in order for it to filter the same particles. If my paper filter gets wet while wheeling, I replace it with the K&N until I can get another paper eliment (WIX).

THIS IS JUST MY OPINION based upon "real world" exp! I don't need any K&N Kool-Aid drinkers saying it is the best thing since sliced bread.

Thanks to all, unsure what filter I will use when I get the CAI but appreciate the responses and experiences.
