Default What h3 package do i have

So i bought a 2007 hummer h3 a few months back, and am not sure what package i have. I have 285 tires, and a rear differential lock, but than i also have dual power heated front seats and leather, and the research i did said that was exclusive to the luxery package, so idk what it is. And i want to blue book it but don't know what to put in for the package

H3 Lux with Offroad package? H3 Adventure with leather and luxury options?

Do you have the monsoon stereo? Hard, H3X spare tire cover? Chrome door handles and mirrors?

You could get all of the option packages separate or mixed together so I wouldnt get too wrapped up about it. Just put in H3 Lux w/offroad option and you should be good.

Idk about the stereo, it was replaced with a touch screen DVD player. It doesn't say monsoon anywhere on the speakers though. And it has, chrome mirrors chrome grill, and door handles, chrome tow hooks, the hood scoop thing is chrome, it has what looks like factory lights on top, and it has the hard spare case

Monsoon would have the factory subwoofer in the rear cargo area in the driver side cargo panel.

From your description of the options you have my call would be a Lux with the Adventure package.

Rear locker = Adventure
Heated Leather would = Lux

ALL factory options are coded on inside of glovebox (RPO CODES)..

RPO CODES:

You can figure out what is factory and added on by looking at your rpo codes. I know mine is a factory "adventure" package, "tactical edition" H3 after checking my rpo codes, with chrome: mirrors, rims, hood louver, brush guard, door handles, nerf bars, fuel cover, etc..

I was thinking of Tainter's post:

Remember a lot of these rigs have had parts changed or modified by previous owners and even dealers.

Purely by sight without the keys to the rig and the doors locked:

A bone stock H3 Adventure will have the Bridgstone 285/75R16 tires. Take a peak inside and you will see the center stalk 4x4 controls. There will be 2 buttons to the right side of the 4x4 controls instead of one.

A bone stock H3 Alpha (not Championship editions) will have chrome mirrors, chrome door handles, Alpha badge on the steering wheel, Alpha Badge on both of the front leather seat head rests, Alpha Badge on the rear door.

A bone stock H3 Championship Edition will have Red shocks and brake calipers, fender flares, hood stripe behind the fake hood vent, exclusive Ultra Silver Metallic paint, 2 buttons to the right side of the 4x4 controls. Note: they could be had with the Base or Chrome Package, Leather or Cloth.

After trying to figure out exactly what the heck my H3 is, I'm fairly confident that the H3 "models" are merely suggested packages and that you could order a H3 just about anyway you wanted it.

I have an '08 H3x Alpha (which I didn't even know existed until I saw the one I bought) and I was recently trying to figure out why it's rear suspension is so much harder than my old '07 H3 Lux.

My first thought was that it might be because the alphas have a higher tow rating, which might mean stiffer rear springs, but after checking the GM part numbers, turns out the rear springs are the same on all H3's.

So, next I checked the part numbers on the rear shocks, and bingo! They had the same part number used on the off road suspension package with "firm ride" which explains my terribly hard rear suspension, but that's really weird because I don't have locking diff(s), I don't have the lower range transfer case, and I don't have 285/75's and the alpha package has the same part number for the shocks used on the base H3... but I've got the off road shocks... weird.

Sometimes I really wonder if mine was a one-off display for SEMA or a demo GM used for press reviews because the CarFax report on it shows that GM used it at a "fleet vehicle" for over a year and only put 1,200 miles on it, it has the RPO code "R8M" which means it was built during the first week of production, it's got every conceivable option on it (except for the lockers) and I later found out that my spare wheel was never produced (it's an H3x 18 inch but it's got faux bead locker bolts in it, it doesn't match the other 4 wheels and it's got "sample 7" written in chalk on the inside of the rim).
