Default Transfer motor part

I have a 2006 H3 and just had the transfer case replaced, now I am told the transfer motor also needs replaced. None of the local parts stores can get them (Cardone part # 48-116) and through GM it's around $365.00 (plus another $100.00 to install it). Rockauto can only refurbish it if I send it in. I don't know about the part through Amazon, but am assuming it's the same. Anyone with any experience getting the part or installing it? It looks like four bolts but is there anything else to installing it? I don't want to do anything to screw up the transfer case but hate the idea of spending another $500.00 for a motor and install. Thank you!!!

Replace it yourself. Nothing really in the way. Pretty easy to swap one out. Just a few bolts (4) and a pug to disconnect. A ratchet set is all you need.
