Default Tips for improving MPGs with larger tires

I did some searching on this and saw some good posts, but did not see many posts for members doing performance mods to improve MPG while also having larger tires.
Since I put on the 295/60/20 Nitto Terra Grapplers, my average MPG has been approx. 13. I drive a mix of highway and city, but primarily highway. I know winter mileage is always worse, but I am looking forward to the spring and wanted to gets members' tips on mods to improve power and/or improve MPGs. My 2008 now has 103k miles and has been an excellent vehicle, and I plan on keeping it for years to come (nothing like a $0 car payment!).
Thanks for the input.

Guess you did not look / search very hard.

I run MTZ 305s with and AFE air filter, Air Doc Intake, PP TB, Efan, PCM tune and MagnaFlow Cat Back, and my 3 is almost 6000# with me in it. I easily get 17/19. Biggest thing is to be easy getting her moving, and do not go faster than 75 on the Hwy. Bricks do not like to move from standing still and do not bust the wind very well.

Tad less in winter because of the winter fuel mix and cold azzed temp.

Appreciate the feedback. What was approximate cost of those upgrades?
