Is there a way to stop driver's side mirror from vibrating on the HWY?

Roll down the window and put a finger or thumb on it while you drive. Duct tape?

Are you referring to the mirror glass within the housing itself, or the top/housing where that can be turned in or rotated on its mount?

The top housing vibrates, which makes the mirror glass within the housing vibrate...Only happens at HWY speeds from the wind

There are threads on that here and a link from one to a YouTube vid where some guy did something to "fix" his issue.

Grab the mirror housing with 2 hands and check for movement up and down. Is it loose at the mount(to the door) or at the pivot point (where it rotates)? Check and compare with passenger side.

There are 4 bolts that secures the mount to the door & 1 bolt secures the pivot point. Retorque the bolts that are loose.
