Roof rack key

Those are 'aftermarket'. The way you can easily tell is the black plastic end covers don't have the word 'HUMMER' with individually molded in letters, just a molded in recessed rectangle. That's why they give you the stick-on metal letters. It's a 'proprietary' thing.

Does anyone have a sp5 key they'd be willing to copy/loan? Just (finally!!) bought a Hummer, the previous owners lost the rack keys, and I need to be able to adjust/mount the Thule in a cpl weeks to take my daughter and all her stuff to school. Would be v e r y grateful!

Back to the sp5 key, I finally gave up on finding/getting one off the forum and ordered one from my dealership last week. They told me it would be up to a week. When I do receive it, if you do need one, just pm me with your address and I will do my best to get it to you.

An sp5 key at the dealership is $30. Should be in sometime in the next few days....ordered it last week and they said it would take a week to get it in. I will make a few copies and mail out to who ever needs one. Will let everyone know when I have copies made. When I bought my H3, I was given one key, one remote and that was it. Bought a new fob, and the dealership wants $60 to program it. Hmmm
