Off Road Flag

RE: Off Road Flag
Well Im a middle coaster but when youre coming up over a hill, the flag sticks up first and gives you warning that something is coming right at you while the rest of the vehicle is still blind behind the hill. It gives you an extra split second to yell any obscenities or let your life flash before your eyes before running head on into another rig

Just wondered....Us East Coasters have too many overhanging tree branches and crap to do that. It wouldn't last 10 minutes up there. Back in the day, when we all had CB Radios, I had a 104" whip antenna on a spring. I felt like a trolley car because that dang thing was constantly whappin' on something. I guess it's all in the terrain and where you wheel. East of the Mississippi I think Tellico is the level best anywhere.

There are very few trees in at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Some of the peaks are so stepp, you are in the gas hard and cannot see over the other side until the last second. The flag is to help be seen as soon as possible to avoid collisions. They would be smackin everything if you were wheelin in the woods.
