Hummer H3 For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.

is the I5 enough for the T, or should i hold out for the 5.3?

Just a quick point! I use to drive a 5.6 Titan with a few mods and when you stepped on the gas it would jump. But when it was in 4wheel drive completely differnt vehicle.
So remeber when you test drive the H3T it is in 4 wheel drive all the time its not going to respond with lighting reflexes!

I love my H3T!

If you are considering a Toyota Tacoma, talk to me first. Good luck with your decision. Remember, a Hummer "Is like Nothing Else."

This thread has definitely solidified my opinion that the 3T is the best of both worlds, hummer and a usable truck bed. It's no rocketship or hauling beast. Hummer gets you were most other vehicles can't. The speed limit on the 'road less traveled' usually isn't 85 mph anyhow...
I might have a line on a used H3T from Al Serra in CO. Springs Colorado, anyone have any experience with that dealer??

YA NO S*** thats where I pick up my T, they where great and give me all types of discounts. Well I did pick up my T 3 days after I came back from Iraq. They where great I didn't even go there to buy a truck, just to test drive it. 2 hours later I left my 2 door 98 blazer and rolled off with my T with 6 miles on it. Good luck!

I like that story! I did the same thing. Was dropping off my 2005 ZR2 Jimmy for a warranty issue and 3hrs later left it there and drove home in my H3T.....
