Default Drivers side Water leak

Ive read alot about water leaking but cant seem to find one like mine. When it rains I can see the water running to the left of the hood open latch. Ive cleaned the the sunroof drain, removed the grommet and cleaned it, not sure what else it could be.

Did you verify drains flowing to the outside? Open sunroof, pour water into the channel and make sure the water is coming out underneath behind front tires. If not, drain tube is disconnected, (common for those that try to clear the blockage with compressed air).

How can you clean the drain without opening the sunroof? Water gets blocked in the channel and overflows to the interior.
Before you destroy the interior, thoroughly clean/dry between roof and seal all around, then caulk with silicone! Remove the caulk when you decide to repair the sunroof.
