Coil pack #1 hole has water in it!
So I don’t know if this effects the coil pack or spark plug? I used a vacuum and air to get it all out. It looked like around the edge the coil pack wasn’t sealing so I used some and paper to clean it up hopefully no more water gets in there. Do you every have to change the coil packs? My h3 just hit 108k I don’t know if I should change them out or just sy it’s fine. But I am still getting a slight rough idle and low mpg. But if anything maybe just change out coil pack #1???

The water in cylinder 1 is from the hood louver. I have seen guys seal all 4 of the retainer clips on the under hood to stop this from happening.
OEM Spark Plugs are "rated" to last 100,000 miles. Swap'em out with the OEM ACDelco plugs. I5s are finicky on spark plugs.
Might as well replace every fluid too if you don't know when the last time they where changed. Diffs, Tcase, Trans, Coolant, Steering, Brakes. That way you can start from scratch on your maintenance schedule.
Without a code I doubt you have a bad coil. Plugs, clean the TB, make sure the intake bolts are tight, Clean the MAF (with specific MAF cleaner), swap the Krappy Azz battery terminals with military or another clamp style terminal.
You should be good to go as long as the previous owner
