Did a small mod to the 12v power outlets, i felt these were outdated, since these days, everything is USB, i purchased a dual USB outlet off Amazon, and the install went smoothly, the new outlets screwed right into the existing holes...

Only bought one at first, to see if it would work, now i have to buy 3 more, only about 12.00 each...

Got my DefenderWorks Black Gas Door today! I ordered it from Summit Racing and was sure to get the right version since there are two I found out thanks to this site.

Waiting for the rain to pass by and going to install it... Just got delivered and it was sunny as can be, 2 mins later and it's pouring HARD... sigh...

This is really cool... didnt even think to look for something like this. The outlet in the center console I use with your typical plug in usb head and it sticks out so far... Makes getting things in and out harder especially when trying to keep my eyes on the road.

Just check out Amazon, type in automotive usb outlet, in fact I believe they use them on boats. .

You can beat 12.00, and like I said, zero modification was required, they thread right into the hole, now I haven't tried installing them in the front console, but, I believe the hole sizes, should be just like the rear outlet holes..

You can install it yourself to save some money and just go to the dealer for programming.

Sweet!!!! This is up on deck for me!

Today, I installed the DefenderWorks Gas door... and what a stupid way to install this thing. Very unhappy with how the install went and I plan to re-do it. But, I need to get a new bucket to align it perfectly. Ended up having to trim the bucket and ended up scratching the paint. Wasn't the smoothest install at all and kept raining on and off on me. A loss for the day.

Default AirDoc just arrived!

Excited... the box was damaged and left on my porch but thankfully everything inside was okay. Very well packed and very detailed instructions. At first looks, this is a very premium kit. I can't wait to install it later today.

Here's a picture of the un-boxing.

You won't be disappointed with the AirDoc! I always used to say I never understood why a metal tube costs so much but after buying mine (and shortening it) I was extremely surprised at the quality of the parts. The tube, stainless T-clamps, silicone couplers were all top of the line parts. Great choice!

Glad I was able to help with my mod, nothing like doing a mod, and walking away with clean hands and zero cuts...

Yesterday I replaced a buried EGR valve on my wife's Durango, walked away with dirty, bloody hands....lol
