I can't remember the last time I changed a tire on the side of the road, but with my luck if I ditched the spare it would happen during the next North Dakota blizzard!

The main reason I want the spare off at the moment is because it doesn't match the 4 tires on the ground. I got a matching tire and rim that I want to put on the carrier.

Stopped at the two tire installers and a dealership yesterday to see if they had the required socket but no luck.

I have everything in my shop that I will need to get it off, I was just hoping someone would recognize it and be able to point me to a $5, 5 minute solution.

Job is done! Even found some 14 mm lugnuts lying in the parts bin that accept a regular socket.
