Zaniac, I think if your looking to get some help your gonna have to give us a few more detail:
Year,
Model,
Mileage,
Location,
Frame Condition,
Interior Condition,
All factory, modified and what.

Bottom line it could be worth as much as 20k or as little as 5k considering these factors. If its top shelf you might want to consider picking up a used LQ4 and having it installed, then keep it or sell it off.

 

E85, unless you have modded your H2 or its a 09 use E85 in it and like Hummerz said its gonna be toast

 

sounds like a good candidate for a Duramax or Cummins conversion.
