The check engine light hasn't turned off after the repair although some have said it would. I went back to Auto Zone and used the scan tool to manually clear the fault.
I'll be waiting to see if the light comes on again, if it does, I'll replace the fuel cap.
Trouble with this code as we all know is that it could be a variety of things, process of elimination.

Figured it out, super easy fix that took about 15 minutes.
All you need to do is remove the left rear plastic wheel well. Then you'll be able to see the sensor directly and get to it.
This requires "feel" and you'll need to reach in and remove the old sensor. It disconnected easily but had to use a plastic pry tool to remove the old one.
Then I put the new on in place by feel and connected it again by feel; you won't be able to see anything.
