Call your local gm dealer parts department, and get a price. They most likely wont have it on hand. They will check gm distribution centers/gm dealers for availability and get 1 transferred in for you. See if you can find the production plant information first.

I just called dealer. He said this is the cheapest windshield he’s ever seen. 250 he said the part number changed many times. This is the current number. Also had no idea of origin.

Try to get a dot number, and get a quote from other companies? I recommend safelite to install, since they are mobile. I've used them since the 80's @ every auto repair facility I worked at, and never a problem. +Safelite has Nationwide lifetime warranty

what vehicle is that? My 99 lumina has an 18 too but doesn’t say gm. Just has ppg.

my quote is higher than all of the ones listed.

Google pic. There are other sites that shows quotes. Depends on the windshield quality, warranty, location, etc.
Price is fair if you are getting an oee windshield installed with new upper molding. This site shows $500+ quote in NY(14617):
