Do you have 12 volts to the light?

Check the socket.

Does not matter what type lights. No power no lights.

If its not a wiring problem.

Start checking your fuses.

Anybody that owns a vehicle more than 10 years old should be familiar with electrical issues, how to trace them, and what to use to get things working.

check the rear chassis grounds for corrosion. should be one one both sides near the body bushings.

If you read the threads on this forum, you will find out very quickly that the H2 does not like certain types of LED lights. These cause all sorts of mysterious electrical gremlins.

So, put everything back to stock, see what happens. Then start substituting LED lights back in slowly.
You can do it the harder way if you want, but that is what I would do.
You have some serious electrical problems. This is more than a bad connection or ground. Too many issues for that.

Solid advice, grounds corrode over time.
