Exclamation No crank, no start H2 *Have Tech2

***every single step, help!
Prepping my truck for winter and replaced tranny cooler line, started it up (as it always does) and ran great, full tranny fluid, cycled through gears slowy and no more leaks so Im good

On to next project replace Dr. side rear stubby rubber brake line, easy enough...

I plugged in Tech 2 to complete bleeding process and when prompted about bleeding equip. I realized I didnt pre loosen bleeder valve so shut off truck...

Of course Tech 2 instantly lost contact.

Tried to restart, no click, dash goes black????

Absolutely nothing, not a click not a crank.

Jumped relay and got a minor click.

Jumped crank fuse and got a strong click, but nothing else, car is in park and is represented on t2 as in park, tried neutral just to be sure but still nothing.

Where would you lean?

Relay? (tried swapping, nothing)

Starter/solenoid? (but why at the exact time of turn off with t2 plugged in?)

Ignition cyl? (but again why at the exact time of turn off with t2 plugged in?)

Passlock??? T2 States passlock is active? lol, again a long day... does that mean car is "protected/active"? or "locked down/been activated so truck wont move"?

From what I read passlock disables fuel pump
I get no crank at all.

I lean towards passlock issues?
But zero crank/noise
crank bypassed strong click but no start
and click from relay
battery is less than a tear old and fully charged, even tried the boost mode on charger; enough power isnt the issue
Please help with diagnosis

start with basics. make sure battery is charged. check your battery connections. then make sure your main engine ground straps are not bad. you can use a booster cable from battery negative to engine block. if it then starts you have bad grounding also if it sparks and your sure your not accidentally on your positive instead of the negative. you have probably corrosion at the straps or main engine ground to the battery.
from there you need to rule out the starter and your ignition switch.

batt. is fine
contacts cleaned
grounding batt to engine made no diff.
got under and tapped starter, still nothing

wondering if I knocked something doing tranny line(old rusty connector)?

area pretty messy from tranny line leak, grabbing some brake cleaner to clean area up, dont worry will air overnight before i try to jump solenoid.

The old screwdriver technique good?
Which connectors to short to send power directly to starter? or connect directly to batt?

Anyone replaced just the solenoid? or add a different one?
No point changing out starter if solenoid is issue?

If ignition switch isnt working right Ill add a fancy push button start using triggered power from key in "on" position.

Easy, cheap, looks good and bonus theft deterrent
Not only would you need key but knowledge of starting sequence.
possibly hidden button/ wire momentary switch and relay into random factory button

if the issue started after changing the transmission lines then yes i would check the wiring going to the starter since they pass through the same area.
does the strap from the solenoid to the starter look corroded and green?
