Missing sunroof piece/seal?
#11
This was the only photo I took that shows the entire frame. You can see the black part (dirty in it) that is the gutter. That part is not directly under the silver track. That hole in the track does go directly to the headliner which is normal....
Also attached are the adjustment instructions for the glass.

Problem Solved
Took it in to SafeLite Auto Glass and had a new windshield put in it.
The tech said he had "NEVER" seen a windshield installed in such a horrible manner. The old windshield had the original top rubber molding re-glued, or attempted to re-fit it, whereas the new windshield came with the new molding already secured to it.
The biggest thing was that my old windshield was installed one inch to the right of center and approx 3/8 inch lower than required.
So basically it was creating a void in the top left corner where the leak was. he said all the silicone sealant in the world never seals a windshield, in fact it's very bad stuff to put around windshields. he also said the previous installer used about 1/2 of the amount of windshield sealer that was required. it was an accident waiting to happen.
It's perfect now, no leaks and everything is in place as far as the sunroof goes.
Thanks for all the help everyone.
