You have to squeeze the fitting and it will release. Squeeze the bumped out portion for lack of a better description. The bottom pic looks like the charcoal canister, if its under drivers side near running board, that is what it is.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for the help!
It's strange because the fuel line goes to a Tee line see image, and then over to the charcoal canister and the only disconnect is at the charcoal canister.
is it possible to disconnect the fuel line at the fuel pump end?
No disconnect here????
Can i disconnect from here and how?
The fuel line ends here and the only disconnect I can find...but i dont know how to disconnect it??

That's right, these are pressed-on pre-fabricated parts and not designed to be quickly released.
They carry fuel vapours and not the fuel itself.
The ends at the canister however are quick release.
It's in the video...

Is your H2 a 2005 or later?
Anyway your tank looks like mine and similar to the one in the video (7:57)
At 8:58 and 16:00 you can see the EVAP connector, there's yet another style one at the FP end (8:49)
The line you've circled in red is that exact same connector, but it's quite hard to access.
The view at 15:49 is the top side of your picture but the arrangement is the same, note the bottom pipe of the canister has the same connector so you could practice removing this one 1st to work out how it comes off.
I just tried squeezing mine but it just wouldn't release, so there's probably a special tool, but you could probably use a couple of small flat-blades to gently lift the "tangs" free or alternatively some fine needle nosed pliers.
Don't brake them, they're not easy to find.
Good luck 👍
