Default DynaTech Longtubes without HF Cats

I am looking at getting these with a Borla exhaust. My understanding is that it will sound better and have more horsepower without cats. I don't have emission tests where I live. Does anyone know if I'll run into any problems without cats besides needing a tune.

Load exhaust I can only imagine how loud it would drone inside the vehicle doing this. And all the unburnt exhaust smell would start backdrafting in also. The HP gain is pretty minimal specially on a worn motor
