Cabin Air Sensor

Cabin Air Sensor
Would anyone happen to know roughly what resistance the cabin sensor should read at room temperature?
Thanks to a kind suggestion from Rajareits , I put in a 10K resistor and hey presto the cabin temp drooped to 52F as read on the Tech2.
Son-of-a-gun it looks like my sensor has gone faulty too.

Did you clean connector/contacts/board, or do you want to throw a 22834330 Cabin Air Temperature Sensor Aspirator at it?

Already bankrupt so what the hell, ordered a new one. Exact same one you kindly quoted for me.
Actually had no choice really, the thermistor is was LOW on resistance (I think) with a value of about 1.9K suggesting its been damaged I guess.
Took some time to plot Resistance Vs Temperature (quite easy to do) j mainly for confirmation. The update rate is quite slow, no faster than 1sec and it takes about 5mins to settle depending on the jump in resistance. An open-circuit condition causes the temperature to rapidly leap to well over 120F.
I considered finding a NTC Thermistor and just fix the aspirator, but going to the trouble of accessing and removing the unit, plus the risk factor it isn't worth the effort, plus it probably needs changing anyway after all these years.
Here's the graph:-
How difficult is it to get to the sensor, I've read the service bulletin, but what's it like in real life?

Did you click on the link I posted above from clsimmon?
Here it is again:> Don't replace your noisy cabin Aspirator, clean it!
Clean the sensor same cleaning MAF sensor.

I'm a dumbo and I apologies, I was so busy focusing on the electrical diagnostics, considering the fan's condition having quickly parsed through the article, I completely skipped over clsimmon's excellent description on how to gain access without removing the sunshade etc.
As it's NOT raining for once in the UK, I'll have a go at pulling the aspirator unit out, may even make a video.
Thanks again for waking me up on this point.
