Default 6" to 9" Suspension lift suggestions

Good day fellas. I am wanting to lift my 2008 H2. I already have a 3" leveling kit. I would like to now lift the suspension 6"-9". I would like to run tires that are 38" or so. Could anyone give me suggestions on the most cost effective (least expensive but quality) lift kits that are available for the H2? Thank you very much have a great day!

i have the fabtech lift, had it on my old H2 as well. I like the Fabtech set up a lot. On both H2's added 1.5" rear coil spacers and green keys to add more height and went with 40x15.5 tires. I just yesterday swapped my 40's for 38x15.5 tires and took out the spacers and cranked the keys back down. I think 38's are the perfect size with the 6" lift. No rubbing issues with the correct back spacing on the wheels, still have room to flex if you go off road at all. My 40's looked cool with the 22x14 wheels I had, but these 38's with it dropped back down a little are way more user friendly.

Theres the 4" lift out there too, but I think you would wish you went 6" after the fact

Default 6-8 BulletProofSusp.

I just ordered the 6-8 in lift from Bullet Proof Suspension. The main reason i did, was because it is bolt up. THere is no cutting needed. Cant wait for it to arrive.

Can you post a pic or two of the 40x15.5 setup? What tires were you running? I'm curious as i'm looking into different 40" options for my lifted H2 that's currently running 40x12.5 and they look so skinny. It's always nice to see before doing.

Definitely take a lot of pics during the install if doing yourself!

I am going to make a complete semi-professional edited video series of everything I do when I put the lift on. I have a super awesome engineering computer and I am retired with plenty of time for editing and creating videos.

Are you saying that you had an additional 1.5 in h block on top of the rear coil 6 inch lift? Ihave a 3 inch leveling kit on mine and the Fabtedh lift is sitting on my garage floor waiting for install. I called Fabtech and the technician said there is no way that I could go any higher. I told him that I wanted to take my rear blocks and cut them so they were an inch and a half and put them on top of the coil springs, he siad it wouldn't fit. Same thingwith my 3 inch keys.hesaidtoputmy factory keys back in.
