Well after several delays, all of which were good and a trip out town, I finally got her back out on the road and she passed the road test just fine. In the process of all this I also did the radiator bypass of transmission lines and added the large low pressure drop 40GVW transmission cooler. So after all the cleaning and checking wiring, etc it came down to 2 coils and 2 plugs on the same cylinder being the culprit's. Plug change 1st helped decrease misfire severity, then coil replacement eliminated it. The coils had never been replaced but all the plugs and wires had 10k miles on them except 1 plug which only had 5k miles. Again I whole heartedly appreciate all your input.
