None of this makes any sense.
1. Do you have the standard OEM alarm that comes with every H2, or some kind of aftermarket system?
2. What is the problem with your driver's door lock? Why has that not been fixed prior to this latest problem?
3. You make it see like you have multiple problems that has just caught up to your neglect of the car. Hope not.
How are the rest of the electronics?
Could be bad lock triggering the alarm?

First thing would be to repair the drivers door lock assembly, this is as bronxtech has stated the disarm for the anti theft system.
This is an easy repair that needs to be done and is an integral part of the antitheft system of which your having trouble with.
Place your focus here first, then move on if this does not fix the issue.
