Does anyone know what these clips are called? They are part of the wire harness connector for the fuel injectors. They might be some kind of locking clip. Please send link if you have one
Probably will have better luck searching on one of the many full size Chevy / GMC trucks or SUV forums as they are far more common and use the exact same engine, injectors, etc.
Depending on the year, they are likely EV6 injectors say they take a Bosch connection. Look on Amazon. They do have a clip to hold them in place with a lock assembly on top, which is not critical.
