Default Hummer corrosion warranty, anyone have problem

While cleaning my 06 H3 this weekend I noticed rust starting on the rear panel beneath the rear cargo sill, its hard to see have to have the tailgate open also looks like the beginning of rust on the passenger rear door bottoms/seams !!!! I have a 7 year old ram 4x4 should have made taken that back when I had the chance now its needs doors and a bed side

I am going to stop by the GM dealer and see what they will do for me since the warranrty is 6 years/unlimited - make-um stand good for something~

I noticed both rear doors have a similar patch of paint missing and it's starting to rust. Any ideas if this is still covered on an '06 w/107k?

The corrosion warranty is 6 years or 100,000 miles for rust through corrosion. Not sure if they would cover surface rust and GM has started resisting some warranty claims as having been discharged through their bankruptcy.

No, the corrosion rust thru warranty is 6/unlimited.

I have an appointment on 8/30 with my dealer, they are going to replace the panel between my rear bumper and cargo floor & clean and paint my door bottoms. Based on in service date my warranty expired 7/28/11!!! Still they are taking care of it and gave me a $5,000 discount check toward my next GM vehicle. (That can be combined with other offers)

Depends on the in-service date of your truck.
